TRANSCRIPT
My breathing was so hard and labored I thought I was going to pass out. But I couldn’t stop running to give myself a chance to calm down. Time was not on my side and I knew that. With shaking hands I pulled the map from my pocket and glanced down at it briefly, then looked up in time to skid to a stop before I ran into a tree.
I clutched my chest. The burn was strong but the X on the map told me this had to be the spot.
I dropped to my knees and started digging.
That Which is Buried is the darkest secret, left at the bottom of the darkest tomb. It is meant to die and rot in that hole, to never be seen or found. But like any hole, there is no hole so deep it cannot be found. No space so great it cannot be unveiled.
