Write a 100 word story.

“Extreee. Extreee. Read all about it! The Creek Killer Strikes Again!” The newsboy shouted on the street corner while passersby passed him a dime for the paper. Then they’d stop in the middle of the street to read the headline.

A local killer strikes for the fifth time in as many months! Everyone is panicking. The killer could be anyone and the victim could meet their end anywhere. The police are unable to answer the number one question on everyone’s mind:

How can the killer drown their victims in creek water when there isn’t a creek for hundreds of miles?
