Write a 100 word story.
And tag me if you take up the challenge.
Flashing lights bounced off their faces. Their eyes covered by special glasses. A new device given for free to customers. Promising to show the viewer exactly what they want to see.
And here a couple sits, each watching something different. Each laughing heartily. Neither one of them notice the observers watching them through their now unneeded television. Recording their behavior. Analyzing how long they stay glued.
After three days of wearing the device they switch them off. The woman grunts angrily. The man grunts back. They rip off the devices, eyes a milky white, blind to reality and each other.
