“What exactly are we doing here, Captain?” His men stopped working, waiting to hear his answer. For an entire year they sailed halfway around the world searching for something, or someone. Their captain refused to divulge any real details. Other than, it would be worth it for them to trust him. And they did. But their patience was wearing thin. “The men think you’ve got us chasing ghosts.”

“Fear not, Fig. The chase is over.” A loud splash in the water got everyone’s attention as they raced to look overboard. “Tonight the mermaids eat and tomorrow I get my treasure.”
