#752 - Sun Wukong, The Monkey King

Adelaide sat in a rocking chair. Eyes closed. Listening to her favorite record. Her nightly routine for over four hundred years. Her fingers strum on a large leather bound book older than her.

Suddenly, the book opens on its own and flips through pages upon pages filled with names till it gets to the last page with blank space. Adelaide opens her milky white eyes and she looks down as letters appear on the page. Her eyes change from white to hazel and back again in a flash.

She slams the book shut. There will be a new arrival soon.
