Feet of Clay | A 100 Word Story
#872 | Discworld Series by Terry Pratchett
The forecast for today said sunny with a chance of wind but no one was prepared. As the waves reached unimaginable heights and the sand surrounded crowds on the beach screaming for help that wasnât coming, no one couldâve imagined what happened next.
Dark clouds rolled in on this Saturday afternoon. Then came the rain. Drops like boulders kicked up sand that started to harden and shift. With each drop the sand took shape till two feet formed.
The crowds didnât waste any time scrambling away from the wind and the rain and especially the feet that started to walk.
