5 New Notion Features
I love writing Threads on Twitter. But I get it, not everyone enjoys using Twitter. No worries! Now you won’t miss a thread cause they’re all right here. Enjoy!
I’m using a LOT lately. The goal? To use it every day as my main productivity platform. Today, I wanna talk about the many NEW features that I’m finding game-changing in my goal to up my productivity game. Let’s dive right in:
Multi-Column Layouts Game-changing! Now I don’t have to keep watching the step-by-step hack that thankfully put together to work around this! Sorry, not sorry! But I will totally still watch your videos. Promise!
New Icons I used to just visit flaticons (or its equivalent) to find icons so I wasn’t stuck with the same Apple ones. Well, I gotta say the black-lined (or different color) icons are really aesthetically pleasing. I’m all about the minimalist style and options introduced.
Native Progress Bars Okay, so did I ever mention I watched every step-by-step YouTube video about setting up progress bars, as of like two days ago?? Thanks, Notion! jk Really glad to know I don’t have to remember the formula for this and that Notion just does it for me. Phew!
Align Media This is one of those features I didn’t know I needed/wanted till it was made available. Then I said to myself “AH, yes, this looks much better.” Have you ever discovered features like that?
Side Peek In the past, Center Peek was the only option? Gone are the days of blocking important information. If that bothers you, that is. Personally, I can take it or leave it & that is the part I like about this new feature. I decide which view I prefer.
If you use Notion (or maybe find it as intimidating as I do to navigate) you should follow me as I share my struggles and successes using the platform for my personal, creative, & work life. Check out my Revue newsletter link in my bio!
