Hello VIP Reader
Building a system where I stick to my goals on an hourly, weekly, monthly basis is as simple as taking it one day at a time. Instead of looking at the goals I set for myself I focused in January on getting done what I needed to get done in January. Then I broke down those 31 days into more manageable daily goals. If I could put in the work of writing for 3 hours a day, 4 days a week, then I'm already ahead.
You'll notice some changes to my email that will take into account my new goals. For starters, below you'll see the images for my Friday Fiction stories this month. It is likely that one or both of them will be submitted to online publications, meaning they will be unavailable for public reading till I receive the necessary rejection letters. I'll keep you updated on my progress with submissions, but don't worry, this change doesn't mean you'll have nothing of mine to read! For the next 365 days, I'll be writing DRABBLES. I've been posting them on my social media (Twitter & Instagram), so go check them out!
Another change I'm adding is that I'll be sharing at least one YouTube video I've seen in the past month that I've found most useful and inspirational. There is a specific reason for my doing this that I hope you'll pick up on in the coming months. I want to share more of what I read, listen to, and watch for inspiration in the hopes that it will be a source of inspiration for you as well.
INSPIRATION & FAVORITES
This month I felt the need to go back to some old but truly inspirational videos on writing from one of the few YouTubers I follow religiously. I hope you find help here as well in whatever you are passionate about:
